1) Physical Development: dressing, feeding, going to the bathroom alone and coordination become easier
2)Mental Development: focusing/attention span, memory, imagination and organization skills
3) Language Development: vocabulary building and use of vocabulary in conversation
4) Emotional Development: social skills, understanding, reasoning, getting along and sharing
Parents of children with challenges are made to feel disabled because there is no clear cut information given once your child has been evaluated.
